Operation Risk Sr. Engineer

Job Description : 

• Ensure implementation of PSM standards/best practices was implemented properly to prevent process safety incident.
• Ensure routine activities of Operation has risk assessment and all mitigation was implemented.
• Support risk assessment of operation activities by HIRADC and Safe Work Practice standards.
• Support safety management system assessment for the contractors.
• Understand process safety operation risks and its mitigation’s recommendations.
• Involved in Pre-Start Up Safety Reviews (PSSR) activities to ensure Plant can be start up safely.
• Monitor interlock bypass and alarm management system follow up.
• Perform daily audit/assessment to activities that has operation risks.
• Prepare any training or socialization may require for PSM standards.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree of Chemical Engineering
• Min. 5 years working experience as operation engineer in manufacturing/ oil & gas/ Chemical Industries.
• Fluent in english skills both spoken and written
• Creative, good analytical thinking and interpersonal skills
• Able to work with team to achieve corporate goals

This position will be placed at Site Office Cilegon
