Business Development A Sr. Analyst

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Advise business development analysts to perform their tasks
• Identify and analyze project opportunities with related stakeholders with a moderate supervision
• Conduct proof-of-concept study to verify the potential of selected project opportunity to enter next development phase with a moderate supervision
• Conduct detailed feasibility study of the approved concept to assess further the cost and benefit with more in depth analysis and accuracy with a close supervision
• Develop investment proposal (report and presentation) as inputs for management's strategic decision with a moderate supervision
• Coach and share knowledge, best practice, and lessons learned related to core competencies of business development to the working peers and analyst

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree / Master Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or Engineering.
• Have experience of 6-7 years working experience in any petrochemical/ manufacturing companies, or public consulting firm with role in business/ project development, project planning/ controlling, or marketing research is preferred (Advisory, Merger & Acquisition, Investment banking)
• Understand petrochemical industry from upstream to downstream, especially olefin and polyolefin is preferred
• Critical thinking, analytical thinking and capability to communicate effectively either with internal team or with business process owner
• Ability to conduct and review feasibility study and construct financial model for business cases
• Ability to conduct basic project management and financial analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English both spoken & written
• Good communication and collaboration, ability to work cross functions
• Having growth mindset, eagerness to improve skills and knowledge

This position will be place at Head Office, Jakarta
