  1. Check equipment condition at site to provide accurate and valid information                 
  2. Prepare parts to site, supporting  equipment or facility on site before work execution to ensure work execution effective                        
  3. Perform good communication with related section/dept same level to support working execution                               
  4. Perform Hands on mechanical work in BD & B1MTBE Plant to bring equipment back ready to service as follow direction or procedure                     
  5. Arrange manpower (contractors) at job location to execute the job safely and achieve daily target completion                     
  6. Control progress and quality based on direction, procedure and quality sheet                
  7. Submit quality sheet and report to ensure work has been done according to requirement                      
  8. Follow up specific direction to ensure job complete timely and meet requirement                       

 

 

  1. Attend personal development program needs (e.g. on the job training, development program, coaching, career path, industrial relations, sharing session, etc.) according to the Annual Learning and Development Program.                           
  2. Real commitment towards SHEQEn (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, Energy Management and Sustainability) Management System principles by participate and encourages colleagues in the SHEQEn Management System programs implementation.
