Responsibility :
- Design and conduct Employee Engagement Surveys regularly (coordinate with third parties), prepare action plans workshop and monitor the implementation of these action plans to increase employee effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the iSTAR task force to promote and evaluate strengthening corporate culture, to make iSTAR a way of life at CAP.
- Collaborate with the Employee Value Proposition task force in promoting and analyzing the effectiveness of the Employee Value Proposition to create a solid and appropriate Employee Value Proposition.
- Conduct first review to ensure the accuracy and quality of Officer's deliverables if needed.
- Involved in the process of developing core, leadership and job family competencies by analyzing and evaluating existing competencies to ensure suitability to business needs.
- Analyze and recommend the results of leadership workshop activities, EES, etc. to be used as a basis for the process of providing content or learning materials related to core competencies, leadership and job family and in accordance with company or functional or even individual needs, so that the content or materials will meet predetermined standards.
- Designing an inclusion program (CA Women) as an implementation of ESG performance to increase the empowerment of female employees in the company.
- Review and analyze comprehensive and accurate data & documents, reports, analyzes and insights related to the development of core competencies, leadership and job family as a basis for making reports, decision making, audits and other purposes.
- Perform Talent Mapping process (i.e. launch form for Non Manager, prepare/maintain data, adjust SuccessFactor data based on calibrated result & put notes/rationale, analyse results and prepare report) to ensure the availability of accurate and complete data in timely manner.
- Perform Succession Planning process (i.e. prepare/maintain data, adjust SuccessFactor data based on calibrated result & put notes/rationale, analyze results & prepare reports) to ensure the availability of accurate and complete data in timely manner.
- Prepare data and ensure infrastructure readiness of Career Development Process for STAR Talent and Key Roles to ensure the smooth implementation in timely manner.
- Perform Individual Development Plan (IDP) / Accelerate Development Program (ADP) implementation (communicate with users, prepare data, and monitor IDP/ADP implementation for Manager's successors, analyse results and prepare reports) to ensure the availability of accurate data and smooth IDP/ADP implementation in timely manner.
- Perform Career Management process (i.e. analyse & prepare data, execute the promotion/progression/career movement plan, monitor the implementation, and prepare reports) to ensure the smooth implementation in timely manner.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in major Management/Industrial Engineering/Communication
- Have 5-8 years working experience in consulting company/ startup.
- Have deep knowledge in culture, succession planning, talent management, talent development and talent mapping.
- Have experience in project management and lead the workshop
- Proficiency in Ms. Office especialy excel program for data processing
- Fluent in English both spoken & written.
This position will be placed at Head Office Jakarta.
