Responsibilities

  • Prepare payroll, benefits, and allowances for national and expatriate employees, including the BOD, including verify and input data into the SAP system to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Ensure that salary slips and other payroll-related documents are available and distributed to employees on time.
  • Input data related to DPLK (employee pension), employee taxes, Jamsostek (employee insurance), and bank information into the payroll system, including verify the accuracy of data before payroll processing to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Prepare the calculation and processing of annual bonuses, Christmas/Eid allowance (THR), and final settlements for departing employees, ensuring all payments are accurate and timely.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports for national and expatriate employees to the Accounting Department, ensuring data accuracy for financial reporting.
  • Generate payroll-related reports as required by Management, providing insights for ongoing payroll process improvement.
  • Prepare and review personnel contracts related to payroll matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Review the current payroll system (SAP) and identify areas for process improvement, ensuring the system aligns with company needs.
  • Review the submitted data for Total Rewards Statements (TRS) to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the information with company records.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting 
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in Accounting field 
  • Good knowledge in Accounting matters
